Our brains are the most powerful parts of our bodies. It’s a beautiful thing and can also drive us into stories that are not based in the present. They can also be the culprit of feeling stuck in a mind space or energy field that is murky and no end in sight.
“The inner voice is a multipurpose tool, like a Swiss Army knife of life, said Ethan Kross, a psychologist and professor at the University of Michigan. The problem is it doesn’t come with a user manual, and that monologue with yourself can become harsh, self-critical and unhelpful, he added.” *

Here are some tools and techniques to integrate into your self talk and routines to help you move away from this stickiness. And show your mind that you are ready to learn and lead with confidence.
